1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Markytics.AI ("Company",
"we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and discloses information
when you use the MarkOne mobile application (iOS and
Android) and web platform (collectively, the "Platform" or "App").
MarkOne is an enterprise B2B loan collection, communication, and field
operations platform provided to financial institutions, NBFCs, and
authorized enterprise clients. This policy applies to authorized users
(such as Collection Managers and field agents) accessing the application
to manage allocated customer accounts, log interaction feedback, initiate
communication, and record visit verification.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User Account Information

Identity & Contact Details: Name, email address,
employee ID / user ID, and contact phone number.

Designation & Organization: User role (Collection
Manager), assigned branch, center, and lending client/tenant mapping.

Authentication Data: Encrypted passwords, single
sign-on (SSO) session tokens (e.g., via Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID).
2.2 Customer & Loan Data Accessed by Authorized Users
In your role as a Collection Manager, the application displays and
processes borrower records allocated to you by your organization,
including:

Borrower Profile: Name, customer ID, loan/disbursement
ID, and phone numbers.

Loan Details: Overdue amount, days past due (DPD),
payment schedule, promise-to-pay (PTP) records, and loan status.

Location & Co-applicant Details: Branch/region,
co-applicant contact details, and relevant collateral information.
2.3 Activity, Communication & Field Visit Data

Call & Telephony Logs: In-app calling timestamps,
call duration, connected party (applicant/co-applicant), and telephony
session metadata when using the built-in dialer or WebRTC/SIP calling.

Collection Feedback & Receipts: Dispositions,
collection remarks, payment link generation records, collected amounts,
and updated alternate contact details.

Field Visit Proof: Photos captured through the in-app
camera and GPS location coordinates (latitude, longitude, and resolved
address) recorded when attaching field visit verification proof.
2.4 Technical, Device & Diagnostics Data

Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system
version (iOS / Android), unique device identifiers, and IP address.

App Performance & Diagnostics: Crash logs, session
logs, and performance metrics to troubleshoot stability and prevent
unauthorized access.
3. Device & Mobile App Permissions
The MarkOne mobile application may request the following permissions based
on your actions within the app:

Microphone (
RECORD_AUDIO /
NSMicrophoneUsageDescription): Required
exclusively when initiating or receiving in-app voice calls with
borrowers via WebRTC/SIP telephony. Audio is not recorded or monitored
outside active calling sessions.

NSCameraUsageDescription): Used only when you
choose to capture real-time photo evidence during a physical field
visit.

the app is in use to tag the precise location of a customer visit proof
submission. We do not track your location in the
background when the app is closed.
You can manage or revoke these permissions anytime in your device's system
settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
We process the collected data strictly for enterprise operational purposes:

To authenticate your identity and grant role-based access to allocated
customer accounts.

To facilitate authorized communication and call routing between field
agents and borrowers.

To log and audit collection actions, payment link dispatches, and field
visit feedback.

To provide operational reports, audit trails, and compliance verification
to your employer/lending client.

To maintain application security, prevent fraud, and ensure platform
reliability.
We do not sell user or customer personal data to third
parties, and we do not use personal data for third-party advertising.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Information collected through the Platform may be shared only with:

Your Employing Institution / Lending Client: The
financial institution that provisioned your account and owns the
underlying customer portfolio.

Identity Providers: Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID for
secure single sign-on authentication.

Telephony & Communication Gateways: Infrastructure
providers that route calls and deliver SMS/payment link messages.

Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure ISO/SOC-certified
cloud hosting providers for encrypted database storage and API
processing.

Legal and Regulatory Authorities: When mandated by
applicable law, court orders, or financial regulatory compliance.
6. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards,
including:

between the mobile app, web platform, and servers is encrypted using
modern TLS (HTTPS) protocols and encrypted at rest.

Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Users can only
view data allocated to their specific designation and branch.

Session Protections: Automatic token expiration, secure
authentication headers, and proactive account lockout policies.
7. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)
Depending on applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to
access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal account information.

enterprise platform provisioned by your employer or lending organization,
account deletion and data lifecycle requests can be initiated by
contacting your organization's system administrator or by emailing

Data Retention: Certain collection records, audit logs,
and transaction receipts are retained in accordance with financial
regulations, lending compliance, and statutory audit obligations
applicable to your lending institution.
